Terms & Conditions — dwg388 Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to the dwg388 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dwg388 enforces this requirement without exception. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment method used for deposit.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration. The Platform is operated specifically for the Indonesian market and is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible.

• Single Account: You must not hold, or have previously held, another active or suspended dwg388 account. Each individual is entitled to one account only.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and operating the account solely for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.

Registration on dwg388 is free of charge. Members must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• All registration fields must be completed truthfully. dwg388 is not liable for any losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain accurate account details.
• Members must create a strong, unique password and must not share their login credentials with any third party. dwg388 will never ask for a Member's password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). Supporting proof of payment method (e.g., bank account statement confirming ownership) may also be requested.
• dwg388 targets a KYC review turnaround time of under four hours during operational hours (08:00 – 24:00 WIB). Submissions received outside these hours will be reviewed at opening the following day.
• dwg388 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing — but not gameplay — while a KYC review is pending, in accordance with standard platform security procedures.

All financial transactions on dwg388 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment channels are supported:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the dwg388 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Real-money funds in a Member's account are always withdrawable regardless of bonus status.
• Game Contributions: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) generally contribute 10%. • Bonus Validity: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated free spins must be used within 14 calendar days of credit. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: dwg388 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet pairing across accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, or using automated tools to generate wagers.
• Modification: dwg388 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions before the effective date of the change.

dwg388 is committed to providing a fair, transparent gaming environment. The following rules govern all gameplay activity on the Platform.

• All casino games offered on the dwg388 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG integrity is independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Provably Fair certification applies to crash games and selected instant-win titles.
• Sportsbook odds are set by dwg388's trading team and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Odds displayed at time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is recorded, provided the bet is accepted without amendment.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are settled based on the combined outcome of all selected events. If any single selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated as if that selection were not included.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or power outage on the Member's side — the outcome already recorded on dwg388's server at the time of disruption is final. dwg388 is not liable for losses attributable to the Member's own connectivity issues.
• dwg388 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including pricing errors due to data feed issues) or any bet placed after the relevant event has already concluded. Members will be notified and the staked amount returned to their Balance.
• Maximum win limits per game session may apply and are documented in each game's individual rules. These limits exist to protect the integrity of the Platform and are non-negotiable.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dwg388 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances at dwg388's sole discretion.

• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one dwg388 account, whether personally or through nominees, associates, or family members sharing the same household.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or e-wallet provider while retaining the benefit of deposits already wagered or withdrawn.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, exploit table dynamics, or abuse promotional terms in concert.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to generate automatic or unattended wagers on the Platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate winnings that would not otherwise be obtainable.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of illegal activity. dwg388 will report suspected money laundering to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
• Underage Access: Registering or playing on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dwg388 limits its liability to Members as follows:

• dwg388 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in infrastructure reliability, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access and are not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, regardless of cause.
• dwg388 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• In all circumstances where dwg388 is found liable to a Member, the maximum aggregate liability is capped at the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• dwg388 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Force Majeure events, including telecommunications infrastructure failures, government action, or third-party payment network outages.
• The Platform contains links to third-party game studios and payment processors. dwg388 is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party services.

dwg388 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, Members consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles include:

• All personal data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Data at rest is protected using AES-256 encryption standards.
• dwg388 will not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention providers strictly necessary to operate the Platform.

• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked inactive. Inactive accounts with a positive real-money balance will receive a notification before any administrative fee is applied.
• Voluntary closure requested by the Member, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming dashboard.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring dwg388 to restrict access to certain users or regions.

Upon termination for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's last active payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure in all circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which dwg388 operates. The following dispute resolution procedure applies:
